R.E.M.’s stadium-filling, bristling, and (this time out) volatile rock gets a rare small audience during this set from the Regent Street Apple Store. The songs from Accelerate are their best in years but it’s hard to fight back the goose bumps when they pull out album cuts from Fables from Reconstruction and Murmur in addition to career highs such as ”Fall On Me” and ”Man on the Moon.”
