JUNOFest 2004

EDMONTON, AB, March 1 /CNW/ - The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) today announced the line up of over 100 artists confirmed to participate in JUNOFest 2004. Fourteen Edmonton venues will feature live music, each showcasing four bands nightly. JUNOFest will take place on Friday, April 2nd and Saturday, April 3rd, 2004. Confirmed artists include Barlow, Blackie and The Rodeo Kings, David Francey, Carl Henry, Joel Plaskett Emergency, Jake Mathews, Matt Mays and El Torpedo, Oh Susanna, Painting Daisies, Sandro Dominelli, The Dears, The Trews and many more. Approximately half of the performers are local/regional and half are 2004 JUNO Awards nominees.
